Provide counseling and education to clients who come to the clinic related to ART.
Assist clinicians in preparing client filling system.
Facilitate patient flow to OPD, laboratory and to other services.
Ensure client’s adherence to medications.
Regulate/arrange patient's appointment for laboratory testing.
Track and record PLHIV on ART into database and other relevant registers.
Provide support and linkage for PLHIV in relation to legal help, nutritional support.
Participate in need assessment, project development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of program including training.
Assist rapid testing and prevention program activities and events upon request such as training, testing events.
Ensure sanitation within clinic and always keep clean.
Facilitate PLHIV referred by others service if in needed.
Facilitate patients to register PMRS at hospital, laboratory and to other services.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or related field.
Experience working with key population such as EW/MSM, youth, communities.
Should have social and counseling skills, ability to solve problems.
Experience in youth activities for 2 years as a minimum.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and others.
Should have counseling, communication and interal skills.
