Develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Oversee product launches and develop promotional materials.
Train sales forces and interact with field customers.
Analyze product performance and coordinate with sales and management teams.
Ensure successful new product launches, market penetration, and product visibility.
Maintain quality and effectiveness of promotional materials and enhance sales-force product knowledge.
Gather competitor and market intelligence and implement marketing plans to achieve a positive return on promotional investment.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Pharmacy, Medical/Health Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or a related position.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
