Responsible for network monitoring and trouble ticket handling on Network Infrastructure, Cloud, Datacenter, Application Infra, Power Supply System, RAN system, Core Network, Billing System, Transmission system, Base Stations, and Fixed Network Infra.
Communicate with landlords, field engineers, suppliers, Towerco, and contractors for site access activities, refueling activities, and handling complaints.
Monitor, escalate, follow up, and close any abnormalities related to various infrastructure systems.
Liaise with support teams to escalate and follow up on incidents, issues, and trouble tickets until completion within defined SLAs.
Make fuel orders for sites with Diesel Engines, review supplied amounts, and close fuel work orders.
Monitor fuel consumption and report suspect leakage, stolen cases, or amounts to be refilled.
Monitor DG and battery backup hours to trigger abnormal behavior and report to the field team.
Conduct physical checks on Datacenter environments.
Handover information and pending tasks to the next shift.
Respond and log proactively on incidents and fire suppression issues within the assigned responsibility area.
