The DPSA Agent will support the AIR-C3 project team in the supply chain for electric stove sales, ensuring 100% fulfillment of sales, delivery, installation, and stove maintenance. The DPSA will work with the Project Manager and sales team to track orders and efficiently deliver products sold to customers in the peri-urban areas of Kandal and Kampong Speu provinces. Responsibilities: Logistics, Installation, and Order Fulfillment: Responsible for overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, delivery, and installation. Work with internal tracking programs or third-party logistics (external delivery companies) if needed to enhance warehouse operations and order fulfillment efficiency. Collaborate to monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and/or stock congestion. Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment to achieve operational goals. Coordinate with the finance team on collecting payments for goods after the completion of each order delivery.
