About the role

Prepare, review official documents, concept notes, reports/meeting minutes, and other administrative documents for the Faculty.
Organize, classify, and store documents in an orderly, systematic, and easily retrievable manner.
Prepare work plans, monitor progress, and evaluate the performance of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery.
Participate in coordinating schedules, meetings, and other events of the Faculty.
Monitor the implementation of decisions and tasks assigned by leadership.
Facilitate communication between the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery and relevant units.
Coordinate and organize workshops, conferences, and visits.
Facilitate the preparation of ceremonies and reception of national and international guests.
Comply with assignments from the leadership of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery and UHS.

Requirements

Age: 25 to 45 years old.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, International Relations, or related fields.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administration, relations, and hospitality.
Skills and Knowledge: General and Technical Skills: Clear knowledge of English (writing, reading, listening, and speaking).
Knowledge of French is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic communication tools such as Internet, Email, Telegram, and others.
Knowledge of using AI for administrative and communication tasks.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills with national and international partners.
High sense of responsibility, meticulousness, friendliness, and good communication skills.
Leadership skills, responsibility for duties, teamwork spirit, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Integrity, adherence to ethics, and internal regulations of UHS.
High flexibility, willingness to learn new things, intelligence, and innovation to develop personal and unit capabilities.
Vaccinated against COVID-19 as determined by the Ministry of Health.
