About the role

Serve as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment to meet the approved curricula and mission of the school.
Work collaboratively with all teachers, school staff and students as well as communicate effectively with parents to achieve academic excellence and positive growth of the school and society.
Be responsible for scheduling, curriculum implementation & development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, customer service, social work, emergency procedures, and facility operations.
Assist school principal in administration affairs to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of administration work in school.
Plan, develop, implement, and administer administration programs according to policies and procedures of WEG.
Plan, organize, and monitor the English Kindergarten and Young Learner’s Program and ensure the accuracy of daily school operation.
Manage, evaluate, and supervise effective and clear procedures of Assistant Vice Principal, Teacher of English, Teacher Assistant (English Kindergarten and Young Learner’s Program), Nurse, and Librarian.
Implement and manage procedures of school’s monthly, termly, and yearly operation plans.
Conduct the placement test for new students and place students to the appropri.
