About the role

Supervise distributor sales teams to ensure compliance with company policies and sales objectives.
Monitor distributor stock level to ensure product availability and minimize stock shortages.
Ensure distributors follow company sales cycles, pricing, promotions and assigned territories.
Support distributors in achieving sales target.
Archive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Execute company sales strategies, trade promotions, and marketing campaigns effectively.
Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and display execution across all outlets.
Lead, coach, and supervise Salesman.
Conduct regular field coaching, joint market visits, and performance reviews.
Drive team discipline, motivation, productivity, and capability development.
Develop Strong relationships with wholesaler, retail shops, beauty stores, and key customers.
Expand outlet coverage by identifying new opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Prepare Territory plans to maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct review meetings with the Area Sales Manager.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Support sales forecasting and inventory monitoring.
Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly dales report.
Provide markets feedback, sales opportunities, and challenges to the Area Sales Manager.
Recruit, on board, coach, and deploy Brand Advisor (BA) to ensure adequate manpower coverage and drive productivity.
Identify, recruit, and activate new BA stores to expend market coverage and drive growth.
Manage and monitor BA Store performance by ensuring effective merchandising Standards, product availability & promotional activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in or a related field.
2-3 year of progressive sales experience, preferably in FMCG, cosmetic, beauty, or consumer goods.
Previous experience as a sales manager or Team Leader is preferred.
Strong communication and interal skills Leadership and team supervision Sales planning and target management Customer relationship management Computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Email Fluent Khmer, English in advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Willingness to weekends and public holidays when requires.
