• planning, developing and implementing marketing-sale strategies for CAMINCO and measuring the impact of marketing and public relation strategies implemented internally and externally.
• Develop and implement annual marketing and sales strategies aligned with the Company's objectives; Prepare departmental plans, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Achieving annual GWP and revenue targets; Develop sales strategies to meet targets; Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and partners; Negotiating deals and closing sales; Managing sales performance and coaching team members.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and drive demand; Conducting market research and analyzing clients’ behavior; Identifying new market opportunities and trends; Measuring and optimizing marketing performance.

Master's Degree in Marketing, , Finance, or related field Marketing-Sale for insurance field for 8 years as a minimum Excellent understanding of insurance regulatory law, and Insurance Knowledge; Experience in databases, Google space, Microsoft Office/CRM software/analytical software/automation tools; Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to derive actionable insights and make data driven decisions; Extensive experience in leading and managing marketing functions, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector; Ability to lead the client experience functions with a strong focus on meeting client needs and expectations; Skill in using customer data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive improvements; Fluency in Khmer, English, and Chinese.
