About the role

Invite competent and experienced construction companies or contractors to submit proposals for competitive bidding at market price for participation in bidding or contracting for the construction of a rice warehouse and a rice drying yard.
The construction work is scheduled to start from July to September 2026, in accordance with the technical specifications, blueprints, and price quotations detailed in Annex A.
If the company or contractor finds that the defined technical specifications have shortcomings or can be improved, a proposal for additional submissions based on their technical capabilities can be submitted.

Requirements

Contractor must implement all work in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Annex B.
Submission Requirements: Proposals must be submitted in sealed documents and in US dollars according to the instructions and conditions described below.
Application Guidelines: Price quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
Quotations must be submitted directly to WCS at the contact information provided.
Late submissions or applications will not be accepted.
Bid documents must be kept valid for at least 30 days after the deadline.
Email or electronic submissions will not be accepted.
Instructions to Bidders: Bidders must comply with the following conditions: Transportation Conditions – Must clearly specify: Delivery deadline (e.g., within X days after contract signing) Delivery location: Thnal Keng Village, Pongro Commune, Tang Kouk District, Kampong Thom Province Prices: All prices must be quoted in US dollars.
Prices must include all applicable taxes, transportation costs, and other expenses.
Payment Terms: Payment will be made by WCS within 30 days after complete delivery, inspection, and acceptance of each work or item.
Quotation Form: Quotations must: Be signed, stamped, and dated.
Provide sufficient information.
Comply with the attached technical specifications.
Legal Documents to Attach (Valid copies): Business Registration Certificate Patent Tax Certificate VAT Certificate Permit from the relevant manufacturing company (if any).
Quality Guarantee Conditions: Suppliers must provide: Manufacturer's warranty (at least 1 year, unless otherwise specified in the technical specifications).
