We are looking for staff in the role of Customer Caretaker and work with customers regularly on shifts to build confident and supportive relationships with each customer regarding their daily needs. Customer Caretakers help provide support and encouragement to clients who have experienced psychological trauma, participate in maintaining a good home environment so that clients receive appropriate, comfortable treatment, support, and care. This role will work directly with staff as Customer Supporters, keeping pre-consultation on the technical aspects of client treatment and other social staff. • 11:00 PM and 06:00 AM to 08:00 AM Travel requirements: Within Phnom Penh and provinces Job Objective: Provide support and care to clients residing in the house and maintain the environment and hygiene in the temporary residence. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain good communication with customer support staff, teams, and related groups in fulfilling joint duties within Ratanak International. Maintain regular communication and provide various information as required to the direct manager, to the head of direct care, and participate in regular meetings with the direct management leader, team meetings, and project meetings, etc. Manage and cook daily meals on the shift responsible for clients and staff on shift according to the set schedule. Be a model for clients in maintaining the residence, hygiene, showing love, improving good relationships, and having strong faith. Promote teamwork and comply with the assignments from the direct management leader (Customer Care Team Leader) in accordance with the internal technical work of the project. Monitor activities and behaviors that may cause danger to clients and between clients themselves, maintaining high vigilance. Report any risk cases that may arise to the supervisor regarding the condition of the residence, especially regarding clients. Participate in receiving clients when notified of client arrivals by the direct manager and through any assignments.
