• This is an invitation for bids for the supply of daily consumables and foodstuffs.
• The scope includes the supply and delivery of items as per Annex 1.
• Payment will be made within 30 days after receiving goods/services and invoices.

Submission Requirements:

• All bidding documents must be submitted before 5:00 PM on August 12, 2026.
• Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
• Bidding documents must include tax value if any.
• Bids must have a validity period of 60 days from the bid submission deadline.
• Suppliers must provide: Copy of Business Registration Certificate, Business License or equivalent, Copy of Tax Registration, Tax Clearance Certificate or equivalent, Company Structure Information (Director/Owner name), Audited Financial Statements for the last two years or tax filings or equivalent, No court cases for the last 3 years.
• Signed Declaration of Conflict of Interest (attached).
• Signed Code of Conduct policy (attached).
• Signed WV's Safeguarding policy (attached).
• Contracts awarded will comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
