• The Investment Manager is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and supporting execution of investment and commercial transactions across land, leasing, trade, and strategic partnership activities.
• Evaluate investment opportunities including land, leasing, trade, and partnership transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis, commercial assessment, and investment modeling for proposed transactions.
• Support transaction structuring, due diligence, and coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Monitor project feasibility, profitability, and transaction risks throughout execution stages.
• Prepare investment papers, market analysis, and management presentation materials.
• Coordinate with BD and deal teams on transaction execution milestones and strategic positioning.
• Support management in portfolio monitoring and investment performance review.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, , or related field CFA, FMVA, financial modeling, valuation, real estate investment, or transaction advisory certification is an advantage 5–8 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, transaction advisory, real estate investment, private equity, or commercial due diligence Strong professional knowledge in financial modeling, valuation, investment assessment, transaction structuring, due diligence, investment memo preparation, and risk
