About the role

Bright Minds is a multidisciplinary therapy clinic dedicated to supporting children, adults, and families through evidence-based, client-centered services.
Our team includes Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Behavior Therapists, and Psychologists working collaboratively to provide high-quality care and professional support.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
Experience or training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Additional training in Play Therapy, Theraplay, or Incredible Years is an advantage.
Experience facilitating parent coaching or parenting sessions.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Native or fluent Khmer speaker with excellent Khmer writing skills for professional documentation and reports.
Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills.
