About the role

Guard the office premises and property during the day/night.
Ensure office doors are properly closed after working hours.
Water, fertilize, and care for office plants and crops.
Keep the office area clean at all times.
Assist cleaners in organizing meeting rooms.
Arrange bicycles, motorcycles, and cars in an orderly manner and ensure their safety at all times.
Ensure the office is secure.
Immediately report any irregularities to the Administrative Manager.
Assist in organizing and storing other office supplies.
Perform other duties as requested by the Administrative Manager.

Requirements

General and Technical Skills: Have experience working as a guard.
Possess a valid driver's license (preferable).
Know how to connect water and electricity.
Soft Skills: Maintain good behavior and communication as a team.
Be honest, diligent, and very patient with work.
Maintain ethics and good conduct with colleagues.
Respect and help each other within the team.
