About the role

Plan debt recovery for customers with paid off debt and customers who are overdue from 360 days.
Evaluate and categorize by priority for dealing with each customer.
Go out to resolve and collect money regularly from overdue customers.
Plan daily village visits according to each controlled area and update to managers and provincial branch directors every week.
Create strategies to resolve bad loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to effectively resolve issues and achieve plans.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities in solving problems with customers.
Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking and Microfinance or equivalent degree.
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have planning skills and ability to work under difficult conditions.
Have some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Have better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is given priority.

Compensation Details

Bonus:Khmer New Year bonus (equivalent to 100% of basic salary)
