About the role

Develop comprehensive, bilingual (Khmer/English) DEWATS training curriculum for a 5-day flagship program, including a Trainer Manual for independent delivery by qualified regional partners.
Produce two professional animated training videos (Module 2: DEWATS Technology Fundamentals; Module 5: O&M Planning and Performance Management) in Khmer and English.
Develop supporting materials for the Decision-Maker Awareness Session and deliver a 5-day internal trainer capacity building session in English for BORDA SEA staff, WASH-SDO co-facilitators, and designated local practitioners.

Requirements

Advanced university degree (Master's level or above) in environmental engineering, civil engineering, sanitary engineering, public health, or a closely related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in the WASH sector with a focus on wastewater treatment and sanitation technology.
At least a Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred in one of the following fields: Multimedia Design, Animation, Graphic, Design, Film and Video Production, Communication Studies, Digital Media, Instructional Design, Educational Technology for video production.
Demonstrated technical expertise in DEWATS design, implementation, operation, and maintenance, preferably in Southeast Asia or comparable LMIC contexts.
