About the role

Support financial operations by working on the vendor sourcing process, including vendor registration and contract signing.
Review contract lists and proceed with renewals before expiration dates.
Support GBS and local teams on quotes and sourcing for purchasing.
Review and validate open Purchase Orders with the local team.
Match PO requests, invoices, and delivery notes for the finance team to process invoice booking.
Support procurement activities, supplier coordination, and purchase documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting, procurement, or a similar finance role.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and other common office applications.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams.
Professional, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in logistics or transport is an advantage.
