About the role

Seek and contact new customers to expand sales opportunities and increase the customer base.
Provide information about services, answer questions, and assist customers in the service application process.
Prepare documents and input sales data accurately and on time.
Collaborate with the team and relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
Track sales work, collect feedback, and report results to the manager.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree or currently studying for a Bachelor's degree.
Have at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (priority for those with car or motorcycle sales experience).
Be lively and friendly.
Have communication and negotiation skills.
Have customer service skills and be able to solve problems professionally.
Have the ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Can use MICROSOFT OFFICE programs (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT).
Can speak, read, and write English.
Be honest, responsible, hardworking, and have a good attitude.
Have the ability to work in a team and collaborate well with relevant departments.
