• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian Financial Reporting Standards (CFRS) and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and handle tax audits with relevant authorities.
• Keep updated on local and international tax laws affecting both freight forwarding and healthcare sectors.
• Manage international financial transactions, including vendor payments and invoicing.
• Handle foreign exchange transactions and mitigate risks associated with currency fluctuations.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for cross-border financial operations.
• Conduct financial analysis to optimize operational costs in both freight forwarding and healthcare.
• Identify areas to improve profitability and enhance cost-efficiency.
• Assist in investment planning and capital allocation for expansion.
• Collaborate closely with the regional and global finance teams to ensure financial alignment.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision making.

3-5 years in finance/accounting (preferably in freight forwarding and/or healthcare) Fluent in English and Khmer (both written and spoken) Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field Expertise in Cambodian taxation and accounting regulations International financial transactions and foreign exchange management ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Cargo wise or similar) Strong financial analysis and reporting skills Ability to multi-task across different verticals Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
