About the role

Lead and implement activities with farmer communities.
Select beneficiaries for the project.
Lead communities in demonstrating and training on fish/snail/freshwater prawn farming integrated with climate change or smart agriculture.
Cooperate with authorities and communities to organize self-help groups of at least 4 groups with 30 families each per community.
Provide advice on business processes, management, governance, or technical aspects to community leaders, staff, and members.
Facilitate market access for products or connect communities to markets.
Meet with communities or stakeholders to write case studies and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
Develop monthly and quarterly project implementation plans.
Participate in various meetings/trainings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy with at least 3 years of experience in related skills and vegetable production value chain.
Experience in leading coordination, business development/marketing communication.
Skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Skills in project management, action planning, and budget planning.
Proficiency in Khmer (speaking and writing).
English proficiency is a plus.
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Knowledge and experience with Non-profit organizations.
Knowledge of agriculture and cooperative development.
Experience in community data collection.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good understanding of poverty, social issues, and ethnic groups.
Practical knowledge of sustainable livelihoods, value chains, and market development.
Good analytical skills and information verification capabilities.
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
