• This role will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital fundraising strategy with the primary objective of increasing donations from digital channels.
• This includes definition of donor journeys and utilising marketing tools and techniques such as landing pages and remarketing.
• The is expected to be data-driven with a strong emphasis on measurement and reporting to continuously improve campaigns.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media and communications strategy; Manage and oversee social media content / campaign and communication content; Develop and implement supporter journeys to assist with audience definition, content and timing; Define the digital media KPIs, monthly reporting of analytics and measure the success of digital campaigns; Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies; Use social media marketing tools, Google analytics, Facebook/Social media insights, Hootsuite; Copywriting and basic design is needed as well as ing alongside our photographers, videographers, and designers, to ensure content is informative and appealing; Collaborate with Marketing and Fundraising teams internationally; Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization; Website editing using Wordpress or Craft.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field is preferred Digital marketing with similar sector for 3 years as a minimum General & Technical Skills Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day ; Experience using Facebook lookalike audiences and remarketing techniques; Experience with planning, executing and managing digital campaigns including goal-setting, tracking and measurement using Google Analytics; Experience with website management and CMS tools; Experience with A/B testing and other optimisation techniques such as SEO; Experience with mass email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor; Strong understanding of the use of social media for
