About the role

Ensure timely tapping of rubber latex according to company schedule.
Ensure hygiene and adequate use of tapping equipment such as tapping knives, latex cups, and latex collection buckets.
Ensure all latex cups are clean and placed upside down before tapping begins.
Ensure all tapping on rubber trees is done with correct techniques and without damaging the wood.
Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader or management.

Requirements

Age 18 years and above.
Have health and no chronic illness.
Can wake up to work late at night or early in the morning and can withstand changing weather conditions.
Diligent, honest, and responsible for work.
No or minimal experience in rubber tapping (proficient in using tapping knives, fast tapping, and without damaging the wood).
No educational level or low educational level (able to read and write Khmer somewhat is better).
