About the role

Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies for real estate projects and brands.
Manage digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and websites.
Prepare Content Plan and Campaign Plan in line with Marketing and Sales objectives.
Collaborate with Content, Designer, and Video Teams for content production (Photo, Video).
Manage and Optimize Ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
Monitor and analyze campaign results (Reach, Engagement, Lead, Conversion).
Manage online leads and collaborate with the Sales Team for follow-up.
Track new Digital Marketing trends and platform algorithms.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide insights for strategy improvement.

Requirements

At least 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
Knowledge and experience in using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
Ability to analyze data and use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insight, Ads Report.
Experience in Real Estate / Property Marketing.
Ability to go on-site with the Marketing or Content Team when necessary.
Good health and ability to perform regular work duties.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
