About the role

Ensure the finance procedure(s) and practice comply with NIPH/USCD requirements and in a timely manner.
Prepare the needed documents/ reports/ records for financial audit and participate in financial audits.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor and communicate to each project focal point to update the expenditure rate and alert about the remaining budget.
Keep a record(s) of all transactions and payments in terms of salary, purchasing, and other contracting services, etc. Check and verify of expenditures documents submitted.
Reconciliation of bank accounts with bank statements.
Reconciliation of petty cash.
Prepare financial and accounting information as requested by NIPH Director.
Engage in budget estimation and budget narrative preparation for each fiscal year.
Preparing, checking, and updating inventory list.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
Work experience in the field of accounting for 4 years as a minimum.
Accountancy certification from an accredited financial/accounting institute.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Khmer.
Computer literacy, fully competent in MS Word Excel programs, Accounting software Quick Book Pro, Quick Book Premier, and Peachtree Pro.
Able to work without much supervision.
Committed to the tasks assigned with high responsibility.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
