About the role

Handle day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase requests, quotations, and order processing.
Source suppliers, compare offers, and support cost-effective buying decisions aligned with company needs.
Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, accurate specifications, and resolved issues.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with internal teams on stock levels, requirements, and purchase priorities.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and supporting continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship or basic procurement experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Office.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Able to work effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
Basic understanding of procurement, inventory, or supply chain processes.
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.
