About the role

Assist with sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Support purchase order processing and follow up on deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams on stock needs.
Maintain accurate procurement records, pricing, and supplier data.
Check order status, resolve basic issues, and escalate delays when needed.
Help ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing aligned with company needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, or a related field.
1 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administration.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Team, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Able to under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Knowledge of procurement processes is an advantage.
