About the role

Lead and coordinate the technical implementation of CASIC, ISA Lab, SevaKasekor, and green cashew intervention ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with project objectives.
Support project planning, budgeting, monitoring, results measurement, risk identification, and preparation of quarterly, semi annual, and annual reports.
Identify funding and financing opportunities and contribute to the development of concept notes, project proposals, budgets, and partnership documents.
Develop and disseminate communication and knowledge products and support shops, learning activities, and knowledge sharing events.
Identify and develop opportunities, strategic partnerships, market linkages, and collaboration opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct market research and stakeholder mapping to identify emerging opportunities, market needs, and potential areas for growth.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, investors, private sector actors, government institutions, and development partners.
Support development meetings, networking activities, negotiations, and follow up on potential partnerships and commercial opportunities.
Provide operational support in HR, administration, finance, and other project related matters, including field visits as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Environmental Science, Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, Sustainable Agriculture, or another relevant field as a minimum requirement.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Relevant professional experience, preferably with an international NGO and/or government institution for 5 years as a minimum.
Good understanding of Cambodia's agricultural sector.
