About the role

Set technical direction and architecture standards across all engineering teams
Lead and grow the engineering leads across Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps & Data, and IT Support
Own delivery timelines, technical risk, and system reliability
Represent engineering in leadership and cross-functional discussions
Drive hiring, mentorship, and career growth across the engineering org
Other tasks to be assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree / Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record shipping and scaling production systems
Strong understanding of system architecture, security, and scalability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading engineering teams in a tup or fast-growing company
Background across both web and mobile platforms
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices
Experience setting technical strategy alongside and product leadership
