About the role

Support the day-to-day financial and procurement operations of a major Australian Government-funded development program.
Process payments, reconciliations, financial reporting and record-keeping to ensure accurate and compliant financial management.
Coordinate procurement activities, including quotations, supplier engagement, contract administration and purchasing processes.
Maintain accurate financial and procurement records and support audits, reporting and compliance requirements.
Monitor expenditure, assist with budget tracking and support risk management and financial controls.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders to support efficient program delivery.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance, procurement and operational systems and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, administration or a related discipline.
Experience in finance, accounting or procurement, ideally within an NGO, development program or donor-funded environment.
Strong understanding of financial management, compliance requirements and administrative processes.
Experience using financial management systems such as QuickBooks and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and documentation, ensuring full compliance with ACP4Climate policies, DFAT requirements, and audit readiness.
Professional written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English.
Experience ing on DFAT-funded programs or within climate resilience, environmental or international development initiat.
