• Responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations of TL Express.
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Assist the marketing manager all day-to-day promotional activities related to digital marketing of TL Express.
• Conduct regular customer surveys and re-surveys.
• Makes recommendation to the marketing manager for improvements to the TL Express.
• Handle social medias, create content, Design, Shoot video, including responding messages as well.
• Develop and monitor marketing projects and campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Make market research including customers’ need and complaint, competitors and other factors that can affect the TL Express Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. with relevant team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Handle tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, or similar A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities Outstanding communication and interal skills Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Be willing to learn new things, honest and hard ing Ability to under pressure, positive attitude, pleasant ality, energetic and service minded Strong & Comprehensive English communication Have computer skills: Ms Word, Excel, Outlook and Email
