About the role

Review drawings, method statements, material submittals, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) prior to the commencement of work.
Inspect materials delivered to site (MIR – Material Inspection Report).
Conduct inspections of Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works (WIR/IR).
Inspect quality before, during, and after construction activities.
Issue NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) when works do not comply with specifications.
Follow up and ensure completion of corrective actions (CAPA).
Monitor and follow up on testing and commissioning activities.
Conduct final inspections to verify rectification of defects (Snagging).
Assist in preparing As-Built documentation and O&M Manuals.
Maintain inspection records and checklists.
Prepare and submit QA/QC reports to the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience related to QA/QC works (Structural, Architectural, and MEP).
Good command of English for effective communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Strong leadership and creative thinking skills.
High self-motivation and commitment to achieving results.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
Good understanding of construction management processes.
Strong time management skills.
Patient and adaptable to changing circumstances at work.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Good interal and communication skills with others.
Honest, with a strong drive for self-development.
