About the role
- Manage and maintain all properties, facilities, and assets.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and conduct regular facility inspections.
- Oversee interior design, fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.
- Manage contractors and vendors, including contract negotiation and performance.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, quality, timelines, and handover.
- Optimize space planning to support learning and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, building, and safeguarding requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Property Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in property, facilities, asset management, or construction project management.
- Strong experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.
- Good knowledge of MEP, building standards, safety, and space planning.
- Strong project management, budgeting, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good English communication skills; Khmer and/or Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities/asset management systems; AutoCAD is an advantage.
