Sales Supervisor

Lead and supervise sales team to achieve targets Develop sales strategies and expand customer base Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking Ensure product visibility and merchandising in outlets Train and coach sales staff

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field 3–5 years experience in sales (F&B preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze sales data and market trends Able to travel for fieldwork Good English communication
