About the role

Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and repair of air conditioners and related systems.
Inspect and repair electrical and water system issues within the school.
Perform metalwork and general maintenance of equipment and fixtures as needed.
Monitor the condition of equipment and report any issues or damages to the supervisor.
Perform urgent maintenance and repair work when problems arise.
Maintain work equipment and the workspace in a safe and orderly manner.
Carry out other building maintenance tasks as assigned by KLA.

Requirements

Experience in air conditioning.
Additional skills in electricity, water, or metalwork are a priority.
Knowledge of building equipment and system maintenance and repair.
Male and in good health, capable of performing manual labor and physically demanding tasks.
Honest, responsible, and disciplined in work.
Able to work independently and collaborate well with the team.
Willing to learn and develop additional skills.
Preference is given to residents of Preah Sihanouk city.
