About the role

Lead and develop architectural concepts from initial design through construction.
Prepare and review 2D architectural drawings, detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
Develop high-quality 3D models and architectural visualizations.
Coordinate architectural designs with interior design, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Review drawings and technical details to ensure accuracy and constructability.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with project managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor construction progress and ensure follows approved drawings and design specifications.
Identify and resolve design and technical issues during construction.
Prepare material selections, specifications, and other project documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients and present design concepts and solutions.
Lead and mentor junior architects and designers.
Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.
Participate in tendering, design development, and project handover when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of professional architectural experience, preferably with experience in design & build, commercial, hospitality, retail, office, or residential projects.
Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, materials, and detailing.
Excellent skills in AutoCAD and 3D modeling/visualization software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documentation.
Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Able to independently and lead a design team.
Good English communication skills; Khmer is required.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, responsibility, and commitment to quality.
