The technical bid is weighted at 70% and the financial bid at 30%. GIZ reserves the right to award contracts for additional services to the successful tenderer. The tender must be submitted electronically. The subject of the email must always state the transaction number (transaction no-7000016666). The tender must be submitted in one (1) email including two (2) zip folders named as follow: Zip Folder 1 (a) ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS-7000016666. Zip Folder 2 (b) TECHNINCAL BID-7000016666. Note: The technical bid must not contain any information whatsoever about the price. The tender including the technical and financial bids may not exceed a total file size of 25 MB.
