About the role

Support the creation, review, and update of product policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product policies align with goals and regulatory requirements.
Monitor policy implementation and identify gaps, risks, or improvement opportunities.
Assist in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to support policy enhancements.
Prepare clear documentation, reports, and recommendations for management review.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve policy-related issues and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in , Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in policy, product, operations, development, or financial services is preferred.
Good understanding of banking or payment service products and basic compliance principles.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaboratively with multiple teams and manage tasks carefully.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
