The selected laboratory partner(s) will provide reliable, timely, high-quality laboratory with transparent pricing, quality assurance, and support for patient care and student learning.
Requirements
Applicants must provide registration, tax registration, Ministry licenses (if applicable), and evidence of professional indemnity insurance where applicable.
Laboratories must disclose any ownership, financial interest, or employment relationship involving University staff.
Undeclared conflicts of interest may result in exclusion from the process.
All proposals must be submitted in writing and clearly marked with the subject: "[REOI Lab Services – Company Name]".
Completed proposals must be submitted to the designated address no later than 11:00 PM (Cambodia Time, GMT+7) on 4th September 2026.
