Senior Land Admin Officer

The land administration officer has the main role in managing the land data report, monitoring the process of transfer of ownership or land tenure until the end, monitoring the land purchase and sale process and preparing all relevant documents to keep and review documents, letters and contracts assigned by management. Duties: 1. Record daily entry-exit documents

• Record daily entry-exit documents
• Prepare daily entry-exit report 2. Monitor ownership transfer process
• Prepare to send documents to relevant parties for fingerprinting
• Liaise with relevant officers and staff to follow up on documents 3. Prepare and save files
• Scan and organize daily incoming and outgoing files in an orderly manner, both Hard & Soft Copy
• Prepare reports and documents related to the transfer of land ownership and the letter of transfer of land tenure in an orderly manner and in accordance with the procedures.
• Organize the Folder and name the File Name after each location.
• Divide by location, land and story to save
• Organize the received documents according to the type of story and in the correct order in both Hard & Soft Copy to make it easy to find in time 4. Other functions
• Request for necessary equipment in the department
• Draft Letter of Receipt and Receipt and Other Administrative Letters
• Make a report or minutes of the meeting
• Perform various functions related to administrative assigned by the management.

• Education: Bachelor's in Law or related field.
• Languages: Khmer and English.
• Hardworking, shows initiative, ability to multi-task.

• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
