Assist the fund manager’s implementation of its Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) and associated governance matters, whilst supporting continuous improvement in the ESMS and its processes.
Conduct thorough ESG due diligence including in relation to Climate Change, Gender and Human Rights on potential investments, identifying key risks and opportunities and develop Environmental, Social and Governance Action Plans (ESGAP) for each investee company of the fund.
Provide guidance and support to portfolio companies on implementing ESGAP and helping them develop and implement sustainable business practices.
Monitor investee companies’ on-going compliance with ESG commitments and reporting requirements and develop, implement and supervise corrective actions and remedies when needed.
Ensure that Corporate Governance Assessments are properly performed, CG Action Plans are developed and implemented, and CG Reporting is prepared on an annual basis.
Collect, analyse, and report on ESG data and metrics, producing regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the fund's impact measurement framework, assessing the positive social and environmental outcomes of investments.
Develop the fund manager’s annual ESG performance report to stakeholders.
Travel to Laos, Singapore and some S.E.
Asian countries as required.

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, e.g. law, economics, environmental science, business administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree or professional certifications in sustainability or ESG is a plus.
