About the role

The Entrepreneur Outreach and Awareness Campaign is a two-year initiative designed to identify, engage, and support entrepreneurs, individuals, SMEs, producer groups, and community-based enterprises operating within Cambodia's coastal fisheries value chain.
The campaign aims to increase awareness of development opportunities, strengthen connections between marine enterprises and the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and identify high-potential enterprises for participation in subsequent incubation and capacity-building programs.
The campaign will be implemented across targeted coastal provinces through a structured approach comprising community outreach, information-sharing sessions, needs assessments, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
Throughout the implementation period, promotional videos will document the campaign's progress, showcase entrepreneurs' stories, and raise public awareness of opportunities within Cambodia's blue economy.
