Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant

Provide professional and expert support in the area of monitoring and evaluation to the SDF-PIU to ensure the successful and timely implementation and completion of SDF activities.

At least bachelor’s degree in a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Program Evaluation, Economics and Statistics, or other related fields with at least of 8 years of general experience; At least 5 years of professional ing experience in project management, performance management, training quality management, and monitoring and evaluation; iAt least 3 projects of proven strong experience and knowledge of design monitoring frame, education development, skills training management, training quality control and assurance, and impact assessment; At least 3 years of previous ing experience with projects financed by the World Bank, ADB or other international development organizations will be a plus; Proven skills in project monitoring and evaluation, research and data analysis, and reporting; Strong leadership and interal skills, solid programming, financial and organizational development skills; strong coaching skills and excellent analytical and financial planning skills; Good communication skills and ability to write analytical, clear and concise reports; Good command of English and Khmer in both speaking and writing; and well in a team and strong drive for results.
