About the role

This position provides full support and service to prospective and current families inquiring and applying to enroll their children at ISPP, overseeing the flow from first inquiry through to enrollment and first day of school.
Research, understand and communicate to prospective families the school’s curriculum, various programmes, facilities, benefits and unique offerings.
Ensure that the admissions process and policies are explained in an open, consistent and transparent way to prospective families.
Implement key admissions processes, policies and strategies in guiding families through to enrolment.

Requirements

Undergraduate Degree in Administration, Marketing or Education; or equivalent combination of education and international experience Relevant related experience for 2 years as a minimum Experience working in an educational or corporate setting is an advantage.
Proficient in written and spoken English – demonstrating accuracy and fluency.
Strong computer literacy skills, with ability to learn and effectively utilize new software quickly Strong interpersonal skills required to establish positive and effective relationships with staff, students and parents.
Ability to interpret data to enable informed decision-making and well- managed student intake.
Positive and dynamic can-do attitude and ability to work in a team.
Perform effectively under pressure, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and work independently.
