About the role

Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for SOGO.
Develop and implement annual plans, policies, priorities, and performance targets.
Drive student recruitment, enrollment, overseas placement, and growth.
Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, agents, vendors, and other strategic partners.
Identify new markets, destinations, programs, services, and opportunities.
Oversee student counseling, university applications, visa support, documentation, and student follow-up.
Work closely with Marketing to develop recruitment campaigns, events, outreach activities, and brand awareness.
Plan and manage budgets, revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost-control measures.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, commissions, and commercial terms with partners, vendors, and clients.
Establish and improve company policies, SOPs, systems, processes, and internal controls.
Identify operational, financial risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Establish and monitor departmental and individual KPIs to strengthen performance and accountability.
Review performance and provide regular reports to the President, management, Board, or shareholders as required.
Lead major projects, system improvements, implementation initiatives, and organizational changes.
Lead manpower planning, recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and performance management of the SOGO team.
Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, contracts, and internal policies.
Represent SOGO at meetings, conferences, education fairs, institutional events, and other official functions.
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, partners, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, professionalism, and service quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in administration or management experiences in and any related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to use initiative.
Ability to patiently with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, religious views.
Ability to calmly manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
An approachable and friendly spirit, easy to smile, and a can-do attitude.
Excellent computer skills with the MS Office Suite and proficiency with social media.
Ability to understand and keep within a budget.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
