About the role

Manage, organize, and direct all activities related to the English language program to ensure smooth and highly effective teaching and learning.
Monitor, track, and evaluate the teaching quality of teachers.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of student ability and learning outcome assessments.
Develop the curriculum and operational principles for high effectiveness in teaching and learning.
Prepare work plans, lead monthly meetings, and share information with teachers.
Participate in work plan meetings as assigned by management.
Participate in organizing and managing various school activities as assigned by management.
Organize professional development training for teachers.
Strengthen the effective implementation of school internal regulations.
Counsel and resolve issues related to students, guardians, and teachers when necessary.
Collaborate and work closely with the Director and relevant departments.
Perform other duties as assigned by school management.
Act as a good ambassador for the school and the company.

Requirements

Completed Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent qualification.
Fluent in English.
At least 5 years of teaching and management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Broad knowledge of computer technology, especially Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to independently manage operational work, be proactive, and have high responsibility.
Possess new initiatives for developing teaching capabilities.
Possess leadership, proactivity, and adaptability to circumstances.
