About the role

Planning, controlling and supervising the medical representatives.
Meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence in the market.
Plan and survey competitor activities at hospitals, clinics, with doctors and pharmacies and discuss the findings with the management to define future actions.
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team.
Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products.
Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
Study and analyze Medical Representatives’ reports and discuss their visits and progress on daily basis.
Arrange training with Marketing team for Medical Representatives if it is required.
Controlling staff presence at ; Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process.
Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
Achieve sales target on a monthly and/or quarterly basis.
Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
Arrange teambuilding events to keep team motivated.

Requirements

At least 3 years proven experience in as a medical representative supervisor in an healthcare sector.
Ability to supervise a team of medical sales representatives.
Ideal candidate must be innovative, understand the health sector and be key players in the industry.
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistics and data analysis methods.
Should possess excellent communication skills, interal and people management.
Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills;.
