About the role

Promote micro-business loan products and identify new business opportunities in the designated area.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and local business communities.
Visit customers, evaluate needs, and support the loan application process from start to approval.
Monitor application lists, ensure document accuracy, and coordinate with relevant teams in a timely manner.
Monitor portfolio quality, support debt collection, and help mitigate credit risks.
Achieve monthly sales targets while providing professional customer service and guidance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related fields is a priority.
Experience in sales, business development, microfinance, or banking is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers.
Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and visit customers in the assigned areas.
Good knowledge of credit products, customer service, and basic credit processes.
Good command of MS Office and ability to prepare clear reports and records.
Honest, active, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Must reside in Phnom Penh and be willing to work in Kamboul and surrounding areas.
