About the role

Sales Enablement & Coaching: Train and coach bank sales staff on RGI’s insurance products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Conduct regular branch visits to reinforce product and system knowledge. Develop tailored coaching plans based on branch performance and staff capabilities
Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with bank branch managers and frontline staff. Act as the primary liaison between RGI and assigned WING Bank branches, ensuring alignment on sales goals and service standards. Support joint marketing activities, customer events, and internal campaigns.
Performance Monitoring: Track branch-level insurance sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide feedback and actionable insights to both bank partners and internal RGI teams. Celebrate wins and motivate teams through recognition and incentive alignment.
Compliance & Brand Stewardship: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and RGI’s ethical standards. Ensure RGI Branding and POSM is sufficient and available at all times at the branches to drive the business. Uphold RGI’s brand values in every interaction, promoting trust, empathy, and professionalism.

Requirements

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
Preferrable a degree in business, finance, or marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in insurance or banking sales will be a plus.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
English language proficiency would be an advantage.
Basic computer literacy.
Familiarity with CRM tools or digital platforms would be a plus.
