About the role

Study, evaluate, and gather information on potential operational areas and target areas (village/commune), including customer behavior, occupation, economic status, credit history, land status, infrastructure, and competitor strategies and products.
Enhance good relationships with local authorities and customers.
Promote the institution's loan products and services to customers and target operational areas, and attract potential customers.
Explain and promote credit policies and loan application procedures to borrowers.
Study, evaluate, gather information, and complete loan documents accurately according to credit policies and guidelines for review by the Credit Team Leader.
Maintain customers and market share by tracking customers who have fully repaid, those who continue to borrow, those who have stopped borrowing, and those who borrow from other institutions and the reasons why.
Develop monthly and weekly loan sales plans (disbursement/collection) to achieve the plans and standards set by the Credit Team Leader and Branch Manager.
Monitor customer loan usage and address overdue or high-risk loans, reporting to the Credit Team Leader or Branch Manager.
Report to the Credit Team Leader or Branch Manager on work results and encountered difficulties.

Requirements

Possess an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance.
Have at least 2 years of experience in credit work in the banking or microfinance sector.
General Management or similar commercial diploma.
Good communication, honesty, and high responsibility.
Willingness to work in provinces or rural areas.
Problem-solving skills.
Proactive thinking and initiative.
Good communication and creativity.
