• Develop a comprehensive database and map of markets across 10 selected strategic districts in Phnom Penh using a cluster-based methodology.
• Identify and document market classifications, types, and infrastructure facilities.
• Assess the operational and registration status of each market.
• Classify products and commodities traded within each market.
• Translate operational market data into actionable insights to resolve systemic market failures and supply chain gaps.

Postgraduate Degree in economics, or related field Policy analysis and market systems for 7 years as a minimum Strong Knowledge of policy engagement with Government institutions Strong Knowledge of Khmer translation Excellent analytical and writing skills Ability to engage multi-stakeholder audiences.
